Anne Chamberlain

Drawing from her hobby as a freelance photographer, she a brings  unique perspective and keen awareness in each moment to her work as a consultant and coach. 

As a trained Mindfulness Instructor, she brings focus, curiosity and compassion to her work and her life. Her clients range from large, international Fortune 100 corporations to small, local non-profit organizations.

When she’s not bringing contagious energy to a group, you can find her exploring the great outdoors with her two kids and husband or slowing down to enjoy time with friends and her puppy in her Northside Richmond home.

Anne graduated from The University of Virginia with Bachelor’s in Communications and a concentration in Economics.

Bob is a strategic Human Resources/Learning and Development professional with a wide array of skills, experience and knowledge related to improving organizational performance through learning. He has specific expertise in leadership and executive education, team/process facilitation, change management, and coaching. 

Bob’s deep expertise in operations management benefits clients by helping them create paths for high performance.  

When he’s not consulting or coaching on business operations, you can find Bob volunteering with Junior Achievement or travelling with his wife to spend time with their two daughters.

Bob is a graduate of University of Wisconsin with a BS in Business Administration and Production Management and holds an MBA from Averett University. 


Laura Genovese

Laura is a sought-after resource for program management for executive education, leadership development, and employee training. She also serves as a key leader on execution teams, providing skillful project management. Laura is highly adept at production support for company and association events: securing speakers, running seminars, logistics, data and reporting.

Laura’s passion is in culture-building through brand architecture. Helping clients define their brand and how they live it internally is a growing niche of her business.

You can often see Laura at the DC Chapter of the American Marketing Association, developing the chapter’s educational programming and running their young professionals forum. She also enjoys spending time at her farmhouse in Colonial Beach with Eli the dog.

Joanne brings unparalleled rigor and experience as an executive coach, consultant and speaker on topics related to strategic human resources, organization and leadership development, culture and storytelling, change management, and talent management.

You can often find Joanne cheering on her children at a high school volleyball game or making the long drive to Virginia Tech to visit her freshman student. 

Joanne received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Providence College and an MBA and MILR from Cornell University.

Daisy joined Theresa Moore Consulting in October 2014 as a one-year old rescue beagle from Princeton (small town in WV). Over the past four years, Daisy has diligently honed her technical skills in sleep research, digging for data, and engagement-play theory.

Daisy is well-known for her can-do attitude, curiosity mindset, and team collaboration. She’s also a keen practitioner of radical candor: you can count on her for an honest and direct 360 assessment.

When she’s not designing human capital strategies, you can most likely find Daisy practicing mindfulness on the couch, recruiting squirrels, or innovating techniques to capture market share of snacks.
